Leeds Bradford evacuated over bomb claim

Part of Leeds Bradford Airport was evacuated for a short period yesterday after a passenger said he had a bomb in his bag, the Yorkshire Evening Post reports. A 40-year-old man is in police custody following the alleged hoax just after 11:00 yesterday morning.
No flights were affected by the incident, which happened at the airport's check-in. The latest scare comes hours after a 41-year-old university professor denied making a hoax bomb claim at the airport in court.
