Manx2 celebrate 5 years of Isle of Man flights

More than 50,000 passengers have travelled on Manx2 flights to or from the Isle of Man to Leeds Bradford Airport in the last five years. The airline celebrated its fifth anniversary on the route last Thursday, with all passengers flying to the Isle of Man were treated to complimentary passes to the executive lounge at Leeds Bradford Airport.
Noel Hayes the chairman of Manx2, said: ‘The Leeds Bradford route has been an important connection, carrying over 50,000 passengers since 2006. The daily flights are ideal for both business and leisure travellers to get a taste of everything the Isle of Man has to offer.’
Tony Hallwood, development director at Leeds Bradford Airport, said: ‘Congratulations to Manx2. It is a popular route and the level of service offered by the airline is excellent. We look forward to celebrating many more years to come!’
