PIA to launch Pakistan flights

Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) will launch new flights between Leeds Bradford Airport and Islamabad on July 2. The flight will operate twice a week – each Wednesday and Saturday.
Tony Hallwood, Development Director at Leeds Bradford, said ‘We are very pleased to have secured the services of Pakistan International Airlines and this important service. A direct flight to Islamabad, Pakistan by PIA, one the leading international airlines, is a major achievement and excellent news the Yorkshire region.
PIA’s Managing Director, Mohammad Aijaz Haroon added: ‘PIA’s flight will meet the demand of our customers in the Bradford and wider Yorkshire region as well as the airline’s customers in Islamabad, Pakistan.’
