Airport prepared for busiest week

Leeds Bradford Airport is expecting a surge in passengers this week - the busiest week of the year for the hub. Over 70,000 people will travel to and from the airport this week, in what is traditionally the busiest week for many UK airports.
Tony Hallwood, Leeds Bradford Airport's Commercial Director, said: 'In addition to waving passengers from the region off on their summer holidays, we also look forward to welcoming inbound visitors from eight countries across Europe and domestic passengers arriving to explore the vibrant cities and beautiful countryside in our region.'
